Cover and select spreads from a fictitious hobby magazine. All three programs of the Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign were used to create this magazine as well as photographs of airplanes taken by me, scans of decorative paper and stock images. With photoshop, I altered the color of the planes I took pictures of so that they would match the color scheme of the layout and manipulated them into photos as in the case of the cover or used a clipping mask on stock images to cut them in more dynamic ways or add my own background behind them. Illustrator was used to trace the airplane diagrams and the little airplanes in the flying hints panels. The layout was done in Indesign.
